What’s on in Stratford-upon-Avon this Summer & Autumn season:

RSC August 2020

  • The theatres are closed at the moment due to the pandemic, however on each Friday, Saturday and Sunday during August there are some outdoor uncostumed excerpts being performed from the plays, all socially distanced, at 1pm and 3pm.

RSC September 2020

  • The Wars of the Roses Part One – Swan Theatre – from 24th September

RSC October 2020

  • The Wars of the Roses Part One – Swan Theatre
  • The Magicians Elephant – Royal Shakespeare Theatre – from October 24th

Theatre Tours and Exhibitions

Even if you don’t want to attend a play at the theatre, there are Theatre tours that explore various aspects of the theatre and include Front of House tours, Open Air tours, Behind the Scenes tours and the latest which is an Audition tour which includes a peek inside the costume store and the chance the try some of the rehearsal costumes on! There are also exhibitions and many activities and special children and family events throughout the year. The theatre also features the Tower which gives you panoramic views of Stratford-upon-Avon and beyond.
